Stalled vehicle struck by hit-and-run driver, 4 injured

Four people were taken to the hospital after their vehicle was struck in Lawrence, Kansas over the weekend. The wreck occurred in the early morning hours when the four people were trying to push their stalled car out of the street. As they were doing this, another vehicle crashed into their car. Details sparse in fatal crash on I-470

An accident near Interstate 470 and Highway 40 left one person dead and three vehicles damaged. The police are still investigating the incident but it appears that the driver of a Chevy Silverado lost control of the vehicle and it collided with a vehicle in the opposite lane of traffic. A third vehicle was then rolled up in the accident. Few other details have been provided in relation to this crash, so all we can really do is speculate at this point.
